Very simple semiya lemon upma for dinner 😍

Ingredients used in this recipe are 

1 cup semiya 

1 lemon 

1 tsp channa dal 

1 tsp urad dal 

1 tsp mustard 

1 green chilli 

1 inch ginger 

1 tsp asafoetida 

1 tsp turmeric powder 

Curry leaves 

Salt 

Procedure: 

Heat kadai with oil, splutter mustard. Add peanuts, torn green chilli, asafoetida, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, ginger. Roast until the dals are golden.


Add turmeric and mix well. Pour 1 & 1/2 cups water along with required salt.


Bring to boil, add semiya, Mix well.


Once done, mix well and switch off the flame. Fluff and squeeze lemon in sprinkled way


 Mix and serve
