Bhelpuri recipe 


Ingredients used in this recipe are: 

4 cup puffed rice 
1/4 cup groundnuts 
1/2 cup finely chopped onion 
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 
1/2 cup grated carrot 
1/2 cup grated cabbage 
1/2 cup capsicum 
1/2 cup grated mango 
1 tsp red chili powder 
1 tsp garam masala 
1 tsp chaat masala 
2 tsp tomato sauce 
1 tsp chilli sauce 
1/2 tsp salt 
2 tsp lemon juice 


Procedure:

1. First dry roast the puffed rice in a kadai.

2. Transfer the roasted puffed rice into a mixing bowl.

3. Now Add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum and grated carrots, magan and cabbage.

4. Next Add 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chili powder and 1 tsp chaat masala.

5. And then Add 2 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce and 2 tsp lemon juice.

6. Finally Add salt and mix it gently.

7. Health bhel puri recipe.

8. Serve it with hot tea or coffee.
